Our SmartClean programme has been playing a part at easyHotel in Croydon. This is having a positive impact on the hotel floors to ease the amount of manual handling staff have to do.
HSGFM Operations Director, Frances Lewis, visited the site to see the robots in action.
Frances also met up with the Head Housekeeper, Aga Gwizd, at the Hilton Garden Inn Luton North to watch the site training with the new robots.
The initial feedback from the site is that they are making a big difference, especially as they have full access under the beds.
