Providing front of house personnel is an integral part of the service offered by HSGFM to our many clients. HSGFM personnel are often the first point of contact in terms of queries, advice, support and operational requirements to our clients, customers and residents, and where first impressions are formed.

Porter Cover

Our porters are trained to work in a variety of industries, including healthcare. The role of the porter is to provide support to our clients, including assisting with the smooth running of your site, distributing post, waste management and keyholding duties. In a healthcare setting, our porters often transport patients and their belongings from one area to another. Our staff are available for 24-hour/7-day coverage to organise a range of services for guests.
